I have been this weight for the last few weeks as I convalesce after surgery. I have not been restricting calories but keeping a close eye on body measurements. Just realised today that between 30th March 21 and early July I lost 9 cm off my hips and 12 cm off my waist. Still keeping up the 16/8 fasting eating pattern. Breakfast photo shows a lower carb higher protein waffle containing chickpea flour, Greek yogurt and eggs with shredded chicken breast topping.
