My wife has Lupus and is on a Low Carb diet since the finally took her off Steroids after more than 8 years. She is now trying to lose the weight that they put on her. I am not ACTIVELY trying to lose weight but I told her I would use this app also, she uses it too. Since I started using FS I have noticed that some of my snacking habits have changed. I do enter everything I eat or drink and sometimes don't feel like adding a new food to my Diary so I will skip a snack here and there. I would say my 2 biggest downfalls right now are Hostess Donettes and Rockstars. Just want to say after about a week my weight is finally starting to come down a bit. 4 lbs this week. I know it's not much but my wife says I am off to a good start. So anyway, just wanted to pop in and say Hi to y'all and let you know I plan to be more active on this app.
