Still feeling sick. Tired of coughing.

This is seriously slowing my training down. This week feels almost lost as far as training goes. I hope this doesn't put me behind!

Better to rest now so that your recovery ends sooner... I know being sick is rough all around. (I knew before that it was physically draining, but it's a new discovery to me to understand how it can be emotionally/ mentally exhausting as well.) Get well soon!
