I leave for a weeks vacation tomorrow and I'm feeling a bit anxious really want to have fun but at the same time worried about gaining weight....

Opt for healthy alternatives and most important... Portion sizes, try to get some form of exercise everyday, it can be as simple as a walk with the family. YOU CAN DO THIS

I totally understand... I'm going away next month, want to relax and unwind with the family but already concerned how that would affect my progress. Should I continue my fasting or take a break for those 4 days 🤔

This is why I love this group!! Definitely going to go for the healthier options and also watch my liquid calories... I'm currently doing intermittent fasting and have already made the conscious decision that I will take a break from it for this week but will get right back into it when I get home. I have not been away for the last 2 years and I definitely want to just unwind so I'm going to enjoy the time away, be mindful of what I eat and also not be hard on myself
