Two months ago I was near if not on 200lbs. I’m 5-11, and my fit weight was 177. One diet program’s pitch was “Brainpower, not willpower” which struck a cord. I also got a great scale that apps with my phone, about $25 at Amazon. Previously I had an ancient scale, accurate within 10 lbs lol. So far I lost about 14 lbs. I think the new scale helped the most, for instance if I had an espresso instead of a cappuccino, I would lose .2 lbs or with the later gain .4. Fascinating it could register that. I have a lot going on in my art career, and I felt I had to get into fighting weight. Wish me luck, about 8 lbs to go.
