finally going in the right direction again after almost 5lbs of PMS weight 25th-5th!
Went to B-Day party tonight & had very small portion of rice, one brownie & some chocolate frosting off a small piece of cake. Luckily I was able to take a few things off my snack menu & should still be within my calories for the day.
