Went up 1 lb. What can I say? I believe I'm having some summer bloating issues - too much water retention. Anyway, I shouldn't be finding excuses. I think I will continue with the same caloric intake, but reduce foods that bloat me. In addition, I think it's time to up my exercise. Gonna try some biking for a couple hours a night. Maybe I'll take some pics of the beautiful scenery I ride through.
