i have good news and good news. firstly i managed to workout this morning for the first time in a long time. secondly. it seems i have not really picked up weight despite not paying too much attention to what I'm eating and being emotionally really low. the last time I went through a slump like that i picked up a lot. it means I'm learning the healthy amounts of food my body needs and even sticking to it when I'm down. i don't really care what i look like in a month i care about how I'll feel when I'm old, so i think despite this setback il still on the right track. feeling emotionally better after the workout as we'll
