Slept 5 hrs last night. To bed 130am. To sleep 200am. Awake 700am.

Breakfast 734am: Metamucil 1 tsp, oat porridge & blueberries, flax, yogurt, decaf
Lunch 200pm: homemade lentil Soup, dill pickles & apple polenta dessert
Supper 540pm: salmon cake, yam, asparagus, beans, salsa (photo)
Snack eve: cherry pit tea, 2 sq. 70% dark chocolate

Still in plateau. Getting so frustrating. Soooooo backed up for 4 or 5 days! Just before bed at 130am, I took something stronger than Metamucil and I am hoping it works. (1 Senokot-S & 1 Taro-Docusate 100mg)
