Bodyfat Percentage: 16.7%

Haven't checked in for a while, I have been really busy. Bodyfat percentage stayed the same this week. I had a horrible weekend diet-wise. We had our initial weigh ins for work on Monday for our 100 pound weight loss challenge and I tried to pad my stats a bit by overeating. Baaaaaaad idea. Was sick all morning Monday.

First race of the year is this Sunday for me. It's an almost completely flat course and only a 5K. Should be a good warm up. Been running at race pace the last few days but I got a blister that is pretty painful so I'm going to stay off of it until the race. My goal for the race is to finish under 25 minutes. It's a pretty agressive goal seeming that my first 5K in August I finished in 34 minutes. My trial runs on the treadmill the last few days have put me at about 26:20ish. I'm sure I'll run faster then that during the race. I just have to stay focused and concentrate on my breathing. After the race I'll see if I can post the link in the journal from my Garmin for the race so everyone can see how the output works. Have a great day all!

Morning! You sound totally on track with everything and I'm sure your 5K will go just as planned. Yeah, overeating always makes me feel horrible so even though I think about it (which I do often - ha!) I try stay clear. Keep up the good work! Looks like you came a long way. Have a great Friday!

Hey r u using garmin connect? 5K under 25 mins is a pretty good deal! Last 5k I did was 31:35, wanna do better than that! 8-)

Yep! I have the Garmin Forerunner 405. Have only really battle tested it outside a few times but I'll be wearing it for the race. It should help me keep pace and hopefully break 25!

I have Forerunner 305 - luv it! Helps me a lot to keep a steady pace, sometimes its beeping a me to slow down lol And that virtual partner keeps me pushing myself! There is a website to upload ur tracks btw (if u not using it already) www.connect.garmin.com
