inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 8.0 %
inaccurate waist measurement (horizontally around navel): 81.5 cm
blood pressure and heart rate before getting up: 111/68 - 65 bpm


today my body asked me not to do any exercise lol. I am also nursing a slight Acquired torticollis from yesterday. I've just remembered that I haven't had RL for some time. The strange thing is, the magnesium pills didn't seem to work very well as I was still feeling mild RL even as I was finishing the last pills on the box. I've finished the box some time ago and, since then it hasn't manifested it self, at least in a way that would be disturbing which is great :)

That's great I always find it a relief when symptoms like this go away! Good idea to listen to your body and rest!

It can fool you sometimes when you're physically inactive for too long though, that's something to watch out for. :)

"stiff neck" is probably the term I was looking for heheh. Sometimes I find the most unused expressions first :D
