A little rambling ahead.
A problem with the daily weigh-in, is that things seemed to be going swimmingly, so I kinda adopted a laissez faire attitude to this journey this week. And, obviously, that was foolish. I haven't even opened Noom in like 2 days. 🤦 I've not been careful, and yesterday was particularly bad. We took the children to Lake Erie (2 hours+ away), and ate fast food pretty much all day. So, I should not be surprised. I've also been under crazy stress, mostly at home, which is where I need to be unwinding not tightening.
But.. this increase does give me the kick in the pants I need to stop effing around. Don't get complacent, keep working at it. If it's going okay at 80%, think of how good it would be at 100%!
Soon, school will start, and I will have a little more time alone-ish (I have a toddler and an infant) on my days off of work. It is easier to follow my plan when no one is around eating terribly in my face... That's an excuse. Like a real one. I have the self-discipline... well, I have had it in the past. I need to find it again.
