Intermittent fasting is such a great lifestyle... I've lost 23.6kg thus far since mid March.

Hi... How do you break your fast... I try do 16:8 from 5 pm to about 9am

Hi Virna, if the question is for me... I break fast at 6am with coffee, then at around 6:30 I have breakfast. Things like oats, weetbix, corn flakes or yogurt and fruit. I have my second meal at 11/12pm and close my eating window.

Mandy, did you only do intermittent fasting or did you cut out certain foods?

I haven't restricted any food groups. Did OMAD for the 1st 3 months and then over to 18:6.

Ek is in. Het Maandag weer begin en hou goed. Doen slegs 14:10, maar loop gewoontlik oor na +15 ure voor ek eet. Working my way up to 16:8 Moet sê mis my oggend #jammervirmyselfdatekmoetwerk Cappuccino.

Wow @mandy that is very good. Mine is from 8pm untill 14h next day.Will it be better if u do it so that i can eat breakfast en lunch but not dinner?I am doing the 16:8

Brahma, it's personal choice really but for me I'm having great results with having breakfast and lunch. Gives ample time for food to be turned into energy. Also I have enough time in the morning to prepare good meals for myself as in the evening I'm making dinner for the family and we don't eat the same things.
