It was my son's 3rd birthday yesterday, and we had a mini party for him....surrounded by pizza, cake, and ice cream. Stayed on track, just had a single slice and a little of the Edy's Slow Churned no-sugar-added ice cream - which was quite good, and almost totally guilt-free.

I guess the long-term maintenance outlook is good...I really didn't want any more pizza, now that I know what's in it. If I'm going to eat pizza, I'll enjoy some of my wife's homemade, which she now does with a tasty whole grain crust, lowfat cheese, and ham.

Good Work E! I still have issues when it comes to parties. This past month was crazy too because every weekend was someone's birthday, someone's going away, or taste testing. So it's homemade cake here, or taste test cake there, or ice cream here...There's only so much a person can withstand when the stuff is right in your face. Way to keep it in moderation!
