Wife is sick, with both of us working FT and little ones at home, the answer last night was take home pizza across from my work place. I over indulged and now feel so horrible this morning. sour stomach, bloated, belchy. But atleast this gives me reason to revisit why I started this intermittent fasting journey. it will be 17 hours until ive eaten my next meal (a late lunch of 400 cal). LFG.
