Back at it again! err still. Think I had the flu? there so ate comfort food well as comfort food as keto diet lets me, and avoided calorie counting etc. back on the horse! :) Going to make pemican either later today or tomorrow. Hope your all well, missed you.

It is good to see you back. Maybe you should make an appointment with your Doctor. I had similar pain and symptoms and it was an inflamed gall bladder that is full of gall stones...and I am waiting for a surgery date.

Don’t stop riding that horse tuna! We once had a horse, The Incredible Gord was his name. One thing Gord taught me was never get off the horse or you were getting kicked in the jejunum. I think many of the same lessons can be transferred to weight loss.

Thank you all. Yup still going at it but weights just holding pattern no rise or drops. I think what ever it was passed or would go see a doc. Still exhausted tho. Thank you all for being so supportive! :)

don't be hard on yourself love we all go through rough patches. I will be soon as well having a full knee replacement tomorrow so I am worried about putting on some weight too
