Bought a Dash mini waffle maker so I could make low carb bread like treats. For $10 it works pretty well! Made 3 little (2 eggs) waffle omelets. Easy to eat on drive to work. Cooks up fast. Anyone have any good "chaffle"recipes? I'll have to experiment.

Not low carb, but I almost got a waffle maker when I learned that you can make waffles with tater tots. At the time, I was gluten free, and it sure sounded good to me. Never got one though, so the totwaffle remains unexplored territory for me.
