LH, good for you. Great discipline on display. Meanwhile, I continue to drift upward. I was 212 lbs. this morning, up 8 from my low of 204.

I stick to my rules, Les. That's how I do it. I know how I am, and if I don't follow my rules I'll go up and up and up, and be right back in the obese zone. That being said, I've decided to cut myself a little slack next month. I'll be back where I lived before I moved into an RV. We'll be there for a month fixing up one of our rental properties. I have a lot of friends there, and I expect some will stop by for a visit. I've decided that when I have a visitor I'll allow myself to enjoy the visit without worrying about sticking to my rules, since I'm sure some will want to share cocktails and goodies with me. I'm only allowing it for the month of August, and only while I have visitors. Hopefully that won't screw me up too badly. 🤞🙂

It's important to know how to be flexible: disciplined sometimes and also convivial at times. You can manage both!

I think it is so good to know how to relax and enjoy on occasion. I wish I had that control.
