Thank you, neighbor! I copied your email and deleted it from comments. No need for lurkers to collect it! 😁 I wish I was excited about being "close to goal" 😁 I'm just annoyed I'm not at it. Since reaching my goal a couple years ago, I've really had a rough time being below. It is possible that trying to be my teenage weight 28 years later is a little challenging... especially since I have more muscle mass now than ever, but, I refuse to change my goal weight. Rather be above and strive than comfortable at and still go higher! 😁 You will hear from. Me soon!

I hear you. The STRUGGLE is real. I’m happy to say I’m rebounding from a relapse and my accountability daily is the only way I can stay in check. Routine, Journal, workout, measure, FS, journal.. added lover dog walks. I hear you.. I’m 52 and have just realized, there is no “end” but eventual maintenance. I’ve got the biggest sweet tooth. Weather here has been incredible. I like it cooler.. but as long as it’s under 85, all is good.
