Up .2 on an early weigh in. Nice. That is usually a loss in the two hours leading to my normal weigh in. We'll have to see where that gets me tomorrow.

Already ran my C2-10K Week 7 - Day 1. Went very well, but got hard in the last 5 minutes. 25 min straight run though. Almost to 5K.

Feeling good.
