Fasted most of yesterday. Too busy to eat. Really hungry when I got home to eat. Still didn't eat junk or sweets. Feeling optimistic about progress. Now if I can get stressors under control and get to exercising... WOW! total loss in 2 weeks and 2 days is 7.1#.
