Well, we were away for 3 nights. I think I ate everything in sight & topped it off with a medium Dominoes pizza on our return home yesterday! I feel like shit. I'm depressed. I've gained 3.5lbs and really need a kick up the jacksy to start losing again!. I'm going to take the dogs out now for a walk and plan to look for some home workouts when I get back.
No more pizza, no more ice cream, no more desserts!
And to top it all... No more WINE!!!!

My next weigh in will be Friday 6th August. I WLL LOSE WEIGHT!!

You were away! You have to eat and drink everything!! Drink lots of water and walk and walk the dogs! It will be fine next weighday!!
