This is possibly the end of fluid disposal, now I'll revert to once a week weigh in. Feeling OK, some joint pain already disappearing, a little bit hungry and tired but my usual diet of veg salad and olives seems to be keeping me in check and the honey and lemon is certainly keeping the sugar craving from lack of alcohol at bay.
4 days no booze, this feels altogether better now that I'm kind of public, only in my mind I'm sure but if it works...
