Ok. New low for the year. Didn't expect that, although yesterday's weight in was early. So some of todays weight was probably part of the day before. Approaching last year's low (225) and my low from a couple year's back (222). Can't tell you the last time I was below 220. Getting there rather fast.

The only noticeable difference in my diet has been sunflower seeds the past three days. I'm wondering if I was carrying a lot of water and the salt is now balancing that. My diet has been pretty low in salt and with the running and working out, I may not have been replenishing those nutrients. I have noticed better focus as well.

Doing good and feeling good.
