Yesterday was a perfect diet day. I stayed within my calorie goal, I hit my protein goal, I got my steps in, and I went to the gym. Honestly though I was beat and couldve easily snacked on some crap last night.

Not planning on going to the gym tonight, but I will get my steps in. I need to do some cleaning tonight, and some things in my garden need attention. Maybe a car wash...

Anyway, glad yesterday was a positive for me, I needed that sort of boost and now Im looking forward to getting another "good" day in!
