Finished a 7.26 mile walk with the dogs on another picture perfect, t-shirt temperature morning and am sipping some Café Verona before leaving for the office. I'm planning on eating very little today prior to the dinner out. And then, I'll have the spinach & arugula salad with parmesan & grilled chicken. That should keep me nice an low cal for today.

Weight is starting to come back down. Dropped 2.8 lbs to 203.2. My body fat percentage is still in the 15s (barely) at 15.9%. According to the Tanata, my metabolic age is 24, my Physique Rating is 6 (Healthy), my Visceral Fat rating is 10 (Healthy Level), my Bone Mass is 8.4 lbs which means strong dense bones. My Body Water Percentage is 62.3% which is in the normal range, but still 13% higher than it used to be.

All in all, I'm ok with my current physical state and the direction that I'm taking it. Obviously with 55 days left to the season, this is a critical time for me to monitor myself closely so that I don't fall off the wagon through complacency, fatigue, boredom, or whatnot.

To be completely honest, one of the very best tools that I have found for not straying too far from the path for very long, is all of you FS friends. Knowing that I'm going to have to record any negative changes and cruddy diet choices or lack of exercise helps to keep me accountable. I feel more motivated to stick to the plan because all of you are working so hard to achieve your goals that I don't want to be left behind by failing. Its very helpful to have this large group of folks to lend encouragement, support, & ideas along the way.
