In December 2020 I had the chance to leave the UK before 2nd lockdown “Bless u all who had to go through again🤍" I was lucky tho it was great for me mentally to return home and spend some time with family, friends, enjoy sun & sea around Egypt, but not physically I was doing my best to control by only reducing amounts of the VERY FATTY FOOD😋& some work out until I left to Orlando🇺🇸 in March to visit my sister where my Mum was then I lost track and found myself 90KG without🏋🏽♀️!😱 when returned to Egypt with my mum nothing changed but worse as she is more powerful at her home lol. And here I am trying to get back to the track again after a very long break🙏🏾☺️..have a great day all🥰
