Yummy and filling breakfast today consists of scrambled egg whites, broccoli, red/yellow peppers, onions, and garlic with 1/8 cup of shredded mozzarella. I am heading out to find some new sneakers so that I can start running again. I am going to work my way up slowly as it has been a looooong time since I was in running shape. I am hoping my lungs can handle it… my lung capacity and function isn’t the same after double pneumonia and pleurisy last year.
