so this week i kinda sort of gave up. i didn't feel like it at the time but now I'm actually proud of myself. o needed a break. i needed to eat without calculating everything. if i wanted chocolate i ate it. bread? ate it. meat? ate it. why i am proud of myself is that I've actually learned what healthy portion look like and feel like. i never over are. never binged. i still made more healthy choices and it was all fine. il still the same weight 75. so yeah. i think it was a learning week more than i realized.
