I just wanted to weigh-in and check-in before I leave for my vacation. I'm pleased I was able to lose a few pounds (not as many as I hoped but I'll take it). I have really been enjoying the pilates reformer class at the Y. My core is feeling so much stronger as well as the rest of my body. My teacher has really been pushing me and helping me to succeed. I put my weights up 5 more pounds at the gym this month and I have also been walking as much as possible and watching my food intake as well as drinking plenty of water.
I will be visiting 3 of my grandchildren in their new home in Texas and meeting our new grandson for the first time as well. We will be staying by the water and plan to swim, walk & kayak with my stepdaughter who will also be visiting from New Orleans. I plan to watch my food intake but also enjoy myself. I hope I can at least maintain. I will check in when I can.
I hope all you FS folks are having a good summer and had a great 4th of July as well. Take care everyone and enjoy your weekend.
