Not great, but I like to end the week with a loss..
Thank you all for the advice yesterday to weigh-in weekly, as opposed to daily. Unfortunately, I am doing Noom and weighing in daily is part of the program. It is designed to desensitize us from the scale. So yeah, while seeing the fluctuations can sometimes affect my mood, it generally keeps me mindful of my day to day fluctuations.

Keep doing what you need to. ❤️ Too bad that’s part of the program but they must have a reason.
