same had a little binge. been my little ones birthday so more cakes etc. shes now off school doesn't have to isolate but its closed. hoping once kids off I can get on track. it's the anniversary of my sister passing this sunday so going way on myself xx

Happy🥳 birthday 🎂to the wee yin🎁🎉🎊 !! I know it's really hard when it's the anniversary of a loved one but I agree with Rythy,,,try to turn it around, instead of being sad that ur sister is gone, remember all the good, funny, daft times I had together, celebrate her life and do something fun with the kids, even if it's just in the house, dressing up, face paint/make up with the music on,,big hugs Mrs 🤗🤗❤️
