239.4 Never like this usually but I am in full carnivore mode today. I had a 12” meatball sub last night (I only *meant* to eat half of it - Hah! That didn’t work out,) and despite the calorie overload, felt hungry all night and woke up with a carbohydrate hangover this morning! … Gotta go. On the hunt for bacon, eggs, and beans. 😁 My brunch today.
