Ai yai yai!!
I didn't weigh-in last week because I was ashamed that I had put on 2 kilos!! So this week it's actually a loss of 800g. I am retaining water as I know I am due for my monthlies. TMI - I know, but it does explain the weight :) I measured myself and I'm glad to say that I have lost cms on my thighs!! My waist is another story but as I mentioned earlier it's that time of the month soon. I just wish it would come and be over with!!
Still loving every moment of gym. The treadmill has become my new best friend because I have learnt the art of sprint and recovery :) I've never been a long distance runner so the treadmill didn't appeal to me. Now that I am running for 1 minute and recovering for one, I am loving it!! The stepper is still my fav but variety is the spice of life :)
I hope to do better this week and be able to document a nice loss next week. It's a journey and despite the down days, I'm loving every moment!!
Arms, chest and back today at gym followed by an awesome cardio workout. Cant' wait!!! Till next week!!! Ciao
