Nice surprise today! :)

Yesterday I got so sleepy towards the afternoon that I lost track of what I was eating :P From one point on, I only drank milk lol. I get lazy like that when I'm sleepy lol. I probably drank like 4 or 5 cups of milk yesterday at least :) I ended up not exercising but, today, I finally managed to sleep 8 hours which I haven't done in some time and I feel great!

I love days when I wake up ready to conquer the world! I was unusually tired as well yesterday so I ate a little more then usual. I took about an hour nap late in the evening then got up and took a shower and hung out for another hour and went to bed and was asleep quick. I slept for about 7 1/2 hours and feel a lot better at the moment.

That's definitely a great feeling! You're eating for two now heheh! Whenever my sleeping schedules are normal I can't take naps or I will not be sleeping at night so it's great that you are able to rest without any problem after napping. :)

Glad you got some sleep. You know they say if you don't get enough sleep it can affect your weight loss. Hope you get another great night.

Thanks Skwhite! :) I did sleep great today also. My circadian rhythm is working well again! heheh Yeah, not sleeping properly is definitely not good for weight loss and also for muscle building :P
