OMG Im pretty sure this is a blip from a crazy weekend of "well I already screwed up so..."

Back on track today and Im not mad at myself. I made mistakes, I enjoyed food and family, and now its time to reel it in.

Ok Im a little mad at myself. I hate feeling restricted, but when I dont restrict myself I just go off the deep end. I dont know why I do that - even knowing all that I know.

Yep, that’s the million dollar question…I’ve pretty much given up trying to figure out why I self sabotage…sigh…
