I'm almost at the 30kg loss mark. Loosing weight is hard work. You have to exercise even if your body is hungry. It's routine. It's doing it even when you don't feel like it. It's sacrifice and absolute depletion of one's self. But oh boy oh boy. IT IS WORTH EVERY DROP OF SWEAT. WORTH EVERY HUNGRY PAIN. WORTH SAYING NO. WORTH NOT GIVING UP. I'M STRONGER THAN MY BODY. I WILL FORCE IT AND SHAPE IT. I'M DOING THIS.🎯
