Officially in the 170s!!! I am so excited! My goal is getting closer and closer!!! I've decided once I'm at 175, I'm going to try on a smaller pair of jeans. I'm hoping they zip up without any problems!
I've stopped my Couch to 5K Program for now. It's so boring on my treadmill. I'm going to try again once the weather is nice! So for now I'm going to stick to my DVDs and free form exercises!
