I gained 5 lbs. but am now back down the 5lbs.VERY irratated.The first 20lbs was easy to shed.But I seem to have reached a plateau.That makes it harder to stay true to the diet.But I will stick to.Am also trying to increase my times to the gym.Daughter keeps me motivated by suggesting the gym and coming with me.Still just walking 2 miles and/or stationary bike 20 minutes.I have noticed improvement on my endurence but need to accelerate it.Its hard going from completely inactive back to running.Hoping to start running 1-2 miles by end of March.AT LEAST :) I do feel better,even if the scale isn't saying it,my clothes are fitting better and my face doesnt look so bloated (small steps small steps)
108.9 kg 지금까지 감소한: 9.1 kg.    남은양: 45.4 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

Your doing great. Just keep going. You can try and change things up a little to get your weight loss moving again. Change up your foods, type of exercise etc. Get in more protein. It will happen.
