Finally bought a scale yesterday and i was shocked, i really didn't think i would loose any weight. I thought i would have gained it. But I'm very happy :-)
I have been walking every where and ditched my car, hopefully along with eating clean the weight will "melt" off. Haven't gone into anything extreme yet by my goal for the next 2 month is to eat clean and get used to it then i will start looking into incorporating high intensity workouts.
Ate toast in the morning with my left over roast chicken and mayo. BIG MISTAKE. Havent eaten bread in a long time and i feel like crap! should just stick on my Clean eating and leave out grain and processed garbage.
