so...it seems as if I'm losing my battle and slipping back to 77...i have been eating healthy but i have not been counting calories. I'd hoped that if i eat healthy that would be enough. but I'm doing something wrong so i have to be more thorough. i also think i lie to myself about how healthy i eat.. especially because everyone else around me can eat chocolates and cakes with very little impact on them. Any hoe. i want to try to replace my breakfasts with oats. and focus on drinking green tea starting tomorrow. i hate green tea.

If you dislike green tea. Don’t drink it. Maybe try out new teas or coffees and find something you love. I’m not fan of green tea either. Even though there are health benefits to drinking it. I would like to try out matcha tea. And these different mushroom coffees. Lol one day. Find something that you will love and will stick too if it works to keep your lifestyle healthy.

Try a flavoured green tea, I drink the teatley brand, I have the mint and apple. The apple is my favorite. I add 1 canderal stick and I'm good to go. Unfortunately its about buying green teas and taste testing. Matcha is great, they have blue and green matcha powders. I personally love the blue matcha. Good luck!!!

Me too, I add in a slice of lemon, a sprig of fresh mint, and sometimes even a small chunk of ginger. Doesn't change the taste but definitely improves it.
