I'm going to stop calorie counting for a while and give myself and my body a chance with intuitive eating. I know I still have a long way to go but I want this to be as realistic and maintainable as possible. I might post some recipes on here instead and give the community some ideas 😊 will update my weight still 👍 I want more freedom with my foods and to trust myself to remain healthy ❤️
