It's been a few weeks since I last recorded here. Even though it indicates my weight has stayed the same-ish, far from it! I went back up to 186's and have struggled the last few weeks to get it back down. I am experiencing an extra long period, that is a couple months late coming - that's only the real "difference" going on during this time. It's winding down and my weight made a jump down, so hopefully I can keep it up and continue taking it down. I have a couple trips coming up with DH, so I need some wiggle room.
