The Journey continues, after many failed attempts at getting back on track I am recommitting myself 100%. Consciously making a decision to change is the key, then everything else falls into place with a little resistance. I’ve reached out for help with meal prep and meal delivery, took delivery of my first batch of lunches this week. It went well, and was a weight off my shoulders. Three goals and I will achieve them.
