Don't worry i'm ip 0.6kg too today:-( we'll be back down tomorrow. I also had a drink(water) at 2am so maybe its the weight of that and with you the milk.

Improper sleep always makes my weight jump. That's why I focus on a weekly average instead.

Me too and my 1yr old has been waking nightly so thats probably affecting my weight too.

Thanks euheide she's very cheecky but hoping she'll listen!lol:-) btw no more milo before bed i'm saving myself nearly 200cal by not having it! See if i can see a difference by tomorrow(impatient as always). Good news on the RL symptoms hope it stays that way!

If it doesn't fill you up for some time, 200 calories may be too much :) My usual snack is a cup of whole milk which is in the vicinity of 146 calories. It will usually sate my hunger for some time though so I'm ok with it ;)
