Well I’ve been up in weight, particularly due to having tempting food items in my home since I’m currently caring for my mother who is on hospice and all she eats is unhealthy food. Didn’t want to hold myself accountable, but I’m back on the wagon again. I will continue to persevere and remain hopeful, not discouraged!
