So, the weekend "kick-up" wasn't bad this week. Just a pound and almost 4 lbs. less than last Monday. Disappointed I didn't get below 240 in the past week, but I'm feeling good and I'm seeing the results in the mirror. I think the grind has began, but maybe it is one of those where I just lose chunks at a time.
Running steps up a little and I'm entering week 3 of T25. Might give up on the crunch and plank challenge though. We'll see.
