So it's only been about half a week since the last weigh-in but I said I would update once I got under the 170kg mark and here it is! I was pretty shocked, to say the least, my weigh-ins have been pretty massive recently despite having pretty crappy dinners, I think I have to offer thanks to the man-shake/man-bars for keeping me within calorie range for the day throughout breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Hopefully this number sticks come a week's time, but with the way weight fluctuates there is no telling, also water weight is probably a huge part of this drop. Also I was feeling unwell on Friday last week so I cooked up a big pumpkin soup from scratch, was yum!

Thanks Trish and Jomo. Yea, I love the banana flavoured man shake Angelslighter, I like to leave it in the fridge at work for my break and it thickens up like the tubs of custard you buy. I was given some bags of the vegan variety so I'm giving them a go, the taste is a lot different that's for sure 😆.
