Well, I’m back at it again. Last August I was down 35lbs, and .5lbs away from my goal weight when I found out I was pregnant. I decided to just enjoy my foods while pregnant and not worry about the weight gain…but now I’m going to be back at it with a goal to reach 140lbs once again. I know it can be done, but since I just had my baby…my weight loss is going to have to be 90% intake and 10% exercise until my body is up for it. I’m feeling optimistic and looking forward to seeing results.
