i knew i shouldn't hav gotten so excited when hit under 70kgs cos i haven't been near that since, lol. really need to stick to my diet & exercise as ive had 4 cheat days in a row, where i have consumed around 600calories over my RDI ...oh well, ill start again and here i go. much love n support needed here guys ...thanks everyone :)

I find it’s best if I have a rough plan of what I’m going to eat the next day. I NEVER stick to it 100% but at least it keeps me 90% on track for calories and macronutrients. Then you can be confident you’re not going to exceed your limits most days.
Also, when you’re hungry enough to be tempted ‼️ DRINK MORE WATER ‼️ - it will curb you appetite - AND - In a big study they did with hundreds of participants, they found that people who drank an extra 8 glasses of water per day (about 2 litres) lost a significant amount of weight without changing anthing else, while the control group did not.

thanks so much guys & that's definitely a problem of mine, i don't drink enough ...barely 1/3 of what im meant too :( will try drink my 8glassess daily :) thanks again everyone
